Welcome

Hello, and welcome to the Snow Science Help Wiki

Index (external link) - Keyword Search (external link)

Star About:

I originally developed this wiki to keep track of all the concepts I needed to know for my studies at the University of Calgary. I hope it helps others too.

The GOAL of this wiki is to be as simple and clear as possible. If you've arrived here looking for equations, you won't find many. Maybe some graphs, maybe some simple notation, but not much. If you're looking for more extensive mathematical help, try other sources on the web, such as Mathworld (external link).

I originally designed this help to be helpful for a reminder, for a reference while reading journals, and for a quick introduction for terms in the snow and avalanche fields. And here is the result!

Star Using This Wiki:

As I am still working to get a cohesive structure into place, your best bet right now may be to try the Index (external link) or a Keyword Search (external link).
